Living Room;
The living room/great room is a comfortable room with large windows and expansive views overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island, and the sea. This room features two separate cozy seating areas for quiet moments or shared conversation, as well as an entertainment center and two folding dining tables in the wall cabinet. The spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms on the second floor.

TV Room;
A separate room for that has satelite tv and ample books for reading. A full bathroom is shared with this room and the living room.

Kitchen;
The kitchen has modern amenities such as a dual range stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Off the kitchen is a pantry that also has an additional refrigerator/freezer as well as laundry facilities. From the kitchen is a pass through to the living room for dining and entertaining.

Outdoor Dining Area;
The outdoor dining area has a sink, bar, lovely stone table with bench and folding garden chairs. One of the most enjoyable places to sit and soak in the gorgeous views of the Adriatic.
